Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without approval may not be accepted.If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized items may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item first, then place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@cocorino.com
